Pregnant woman discovers her lover married tourist WHILE she was in labour – after seeing a loved-up picture of their wedding day on FB

24 year old Heather McGillion said she was devastated to discover her partner Adonis Rodriguez , 21, had married another woman while she was giving birth to their son. She discovered the shocking news when a friend sent her a loved-up wedding photo of Adonis and his new wife, a German tourist called Julia. Heather said she met Adonis while were both working as entertainers at a hotel in the Dominican Republic and fell pregnant a year later.

She returned home to give birth after experiencing complications, but while she was in labour, Adonis tied the knot with Julia. He later admitted to Heather that he had married Julia and has said he is sorry. She has returned to the Caribbean Island, where her mother lives, so that her son can have a relationship with his father.
Heather, a trained dancer, said: ‘When I opened the message it felt like I had been hit by a double-decker bus. Adonis had his arms around a woman and she was wearing a wedding dress. It didn’t make sense and the more I thought about it, the more absurd it was.We had only been apart for a few weeks and there was no way Adonis could have met another woman and arranged a wedding in less than a month.’
‘For a second I didn’t twig who it was. Then to my horror I realised it was Julia,’ she recalled.
‘She was a German tourist who came to stay at the hotel. About a year before I had noticed Adonis had become friends with her on Facebook and they had been messaging each other.

‘It was nothing sexual but it made me feel uneasy. But Adonis assured me there was nothing going on and when I discovered I was pregnant I forgot all about it.’

When Heather called Adonis to confront him about he admitted everything.
She also noticed in the wedding photos that Julia, 31, had undergone a radical makeover.
She added: ‘She was unrecognisable from the slightly plump, mousy woman I had seen on Adonis’s Facebook page.

‘In fact she now looked like me. She had lost weight and dyed her hair to look just like me, only with added wrinkles.
‘When I phoned Adonis and asked “Why is Julia in a wedding dress?”, there was a pause and then he said: “Heather, I’m so sorry”. I hung up and burst into tears.’

Kenyan man sentenced to 200 years in prison for killing his 4 children following a dispute with wife

A 40-year-old man in Kisii County, Kenya, was on Monday, February 29, sentenced to 200 years in prison for killing his 4 children. Kisii resident judge, Joseph Karanja ruled that Misati will serve the sentence concurrently for 50 years for each of the four counts of murder he had been charged with.

According to Standard Digital News, the case has been in court since 2013 when Misati was charged with killing his four children, Toto, 3, Brian, 9, Ontoyo, 7, and Naomi Mogutu, 5.

Lukas Misati committed the crime outside their rental houses in Egesa in Kitutu Chae Central, on the night of November 10, 2012 following a feud with his wife, Helen Kemunto (pictured)

In her affidavit, Kemunto told the court that her husband came home on the night of that fateful day, woke her up and said he wanted them to move. She refused and Misati attacked her with a knife. Kemunto escaped with injuries and managed to get treatment at a nearby hospital.

“I managed to escape and went to seek treatment at Kisii Level Five Hospital,” the affdiavit reads. But when she returned home, she found the children missing.

“I thought they had shifted to another house. My husband called our landlady and told her to inform me that i pick my children from a nearby bush. However, one of the children lay dead at the doorstep while the other three bodies were in the nearby nappier grass”

A postmortem carried out on the bodies revealed that the deaths were caused by strangulation. Misati was on the run for one year before he was picked up by the police on November 21, 2013. After his sentencing, Misati recounted that everything happened so fast to be able to tell what happened that night.

Mitt Romney blasts Donald Trump as a ‘fraud’ who would lose to Hilary Clinton, Trump fires back

Former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney has lashed out at Donald Trump and pleaded for fellow Republicans to shun the Republican Party front-runner for the good of country and party.

Mr Romney, who has been a fierce critic of Mr Trump, is expected to warn in his speech on Thursday Morning at the University of Utah, of which excerpts have been obtained and released in advance by The Associated Press that his policies are a threat to the Republican party and to the country as a whole.

“Here’s what I know: Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud,” Mr Romney says, according to a leaked transcript of his remarks. “His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University,” he is quoted as saying.

Mr Romney will also warn that the nomination of Mr Trump would pave the way to the presidency for Democratic rival Hillary Clinton. But Trump as we have all come to know him for, fired back at Mitt Romney saying Romney ran one of the worst presidential races in history when he contested against Barack Obama and said he was the only one who could beat Hilary Clinton….

Picture of a teenager who shot his grandma, sister and nephew

A 16-year-old Nashville boy has been accused of shooting his 67-year-old grandmother, 12-year-old sister, and 6-year-old nephew Tuesday following an argument that arose because he did not want to get out of bed and go to school.

The trouble began when the teen was confronted by his mother and grandmother around 7 a.m. Tuesday morning for sleeping in too late, according to a statement released by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. The teen, who reportedly became angry when the two women ordered him to get out of bed and get ready for school, allegedly made “threatening statements” before reaching for a handgun inside his closet and opening fire. His grandmother was shot twice, and both his sister and his nephew were grazed during the shooting. His mother remained unharmed during the encounter, and nobody in his family reportedly was aware that the teenager kept a gun in the home. The unnamed teen has been charged in juvenile court with four counts of attempted homicide and one count of reckless endangerment.

“A lot of these young people are growing up in broken families and broken homes and they’re doing all that they know to do because no one’s told them there’s a better way. There’s a right way to handling things and there’s a better way to resolve a problem,” neighbor Delnieca Baxter told WSMV-TV.

Animal activists come for man who threw a dog to a polar bear to save woman under attack

When human life is of lesser value! A man who saw a polar bear attacking a woman at a coastal facility in the Russian Arctic approached a dog close to the scene of the attack, picked the live dog and threw it at the polar bear in a bid to distract the animal from attacking a woman.

The scene was recorded and shared online which caused an outrage and fuelled demands for retribution, as the bear attacked the yelping dog. A screaming woman off camera appears to encourage the man to throw the dog to what seems to be certain death.
There were calls for an investigation by animal rights groups and for the man to be severely punished.

North Korea fires missiles after UN imposes tough sanctions

North Korea fired six short-range projectiles into the sea Thursday in a show of defiance just hours after the United Nations adopted the toughest sanctions to date on Pyongyang over its fourth nuclear test and rocket launch.

Limited displays of military firepower have become a routine response by North Korea to international pressure over anything from its nuclear weapons program to its human rights record.

South Korea’s defence ministry said the six projectiles — either rockets or guided missiles — fell into the sea around 100-150 kilometres (60-90 miles) off the North’s eastern coast.

The launches came after the UN Security Council unanimously passed a resolution late Wednesday imposing new sanctions after seven weeks of arduous negotiations between the United States and China, Pyongyang’s sole major ally.

All eyes are now on China and Russia to see if they fully enact the sweeping measures.

The sanctions break new ground, requiring all countries to inspect cargo destined for and coming from North Korea, in all airports and sea ports.

They also ban or restrict exports of coal, iron and iron ore and other minerals from North Korea, and prohibit the supply of aviation fuel including rocket fuel.

– Potential loopholes –

But analysts pointed to several possible loopholes, including interpretations of what constitutes a proper cargo “inspection” and a provision that excludes mineral exports if their revenues are not deemed to be destined for military use.

North Korea earns about $1 billion per year in coal exports — a third of all export revenues — and about $200 million annually from iron ore sales, US Ambassador Samantha Power told the Security Council.

US President Barack Obama welcomed the measures as “a firm, united, and appropriate response” to the January 6 nuclear test and February 7 rocket launch.

“The international community, speaking with one voice, has sent Pyongyang a simple message: North Korea must abandon these dangerous programs and choose a better path for its people,” Obama said.

Banking restrictions will be tightened and governments will be required to ban flights of any plane suspected of carrying contraband destined for North Korea.

“These are among the toughest measures we have agreed against any country in the world, certainly the toughest ever against the DPRK,” said British Ambassador Matthew Rycroft, referring to North Korea by its official acronym.

A total of 16 individuals and 12 entities were added to a UN sanctions blacklist, including North Korea’s NADA space agency and its spy agency.

UN member states will be required to expel North Korean diplomats engaged in smuggling or other illegal activities.

South Korean President Park Geun-Hye said she hoped the “unprecedentedly tough” sanctions would push Pyongyang into finally abandoning its nuclear weapons program.

The resolution sends “a strong message from the international community seeking peace on the Korean peninsula,” Park said.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe urged Pyongyang to refrain from any fresh provocations, while Tokyo’s ambassador to the UN, Motohide Yoshikawa, stressed that “the heart of the matter now is implementation” of the sanctions by China, North Korea’s largest trading partner, and other countries.

– Making sanctions bite –

Power also called for a “robust and unyielding” follow-up to ensure the sanctions bite and singled out Russia and China as key players.

Chinese Ambassador Liu Jieyi said the resolution should “be a new starting point and a stepping stone” for renewed talks on dismantling North Korea’s nuclear program.

Russia echoed that view, with Ambassador Vitaly Churkin saying the resolution is designed to “shut down as much as possible the financing” of North Korea’s weapons program to push Pyongyang back to the negotiating table.

During the weeks of negotiations, China had been reluctant to endorse harsh sanctions out of concern that too much pressure would trigger the collapse of the pariah re

Relative to lady GaGa just realized she was raped during the Oscar performance

Lady Gaga’s relatives only found out she’d been raped at the Oscars. She revealed she was “too ashamed and afraid” to confide in relatives including her grandmother and aunt about the attack she sustained when she was 19 years old.

Alongside a picture of her relatives, she wrote on Instagram:
“My grandmother and my Aunt Sheri both called me the day after the Oscars because I never told them I was a survivor.”I was too ashamed. Too afraid. And it took me a long time to even admit it to myself because I’m Catholic and I knew it was evil but I thought it was my fault.

“I thought it was my fault for ten years. The morning after the Oscars when I talked to my grandmother Ronnie, with tears in her eyes I could hear them welling through the phone she said to me: ‘My darling granddaughter, I’ve never been more proud of you than I am today.’ (sic)”

Footballer Adam Johnson facing jail after being found guilty of sexual activity with a child

Adam Johnson has been found guilty of sexually touching a 15-year-old girl. The judge in his case granted him bail until he is sentenced in two weeks time, telling the footballer: ‘Say goodbye to your daughter.’
The 28-year-old has been cleared of a second charge relating to the schoolgirl’s claims she performed oral sex on him.

Johnson’s ex-girlfriend Stacey Flounders, who backed him during the trial, showed no emotion as the verdicts were returned after the jury spent more than nine hours deliberating.
Judge Jonathan Rose said a prison sentence is ‘almost inevitable’ and set a maximum sentence for the charges at 10 years.

The England winger had already admitted grooming the girl and kissing her as they sat in the front seats of his black Range Rover Sport on January 30 last year. He denied the ‘passionate kiss’ led to anything further.

In a emotional statement released after the verdicts, Johnson’s young victim said the build-up to the trial has been ‘the hardest year of my life’.
She said: ‘I’ve had to face so much abuse after he claimed his innocence. I was made out to be a liar, if anything, I held things back because I didn’t want all of this to come out.
‘What happened in his car has turned my life upside down. I have lost all of my confidence. My school work has suffered.
‘There are people out there who have made assumptions about me and that alone has been hard to deal with. I have been unable to defend myself publicly.
‘The gossip on social media and hearing all of the horrible names that people have been calling me has been devastating to me, my friends and my family… I’ve been in some very dark places.’
After the jury gave their verdicts this afternoon, Judge Rose said his preliminary view was that the case falls into the category of a prison sentence between four and 10 years.
The judge said: ‘The defendant must understand there is a very high probability of a significant custodial sentence.’
Just before Johnson left the dock, Judge Rose told Johnson that he was being released on bail so he could get his ‘affairs in order’.
Johnson was bailed until he is sentenced in two to three weeks time. The judge ordered he be under a curfew from 7pm until 7am. Explaining his bail conditions, the judge said Johnson would be ‘well advised to stay well away from social media’.

Hillary Clinton expressed the lessons learned from Super Tuesday voting

Tuesday’s votes in a dozen US states have cleared the air in some respects, and muddied the waters in others.

The Super Tuesday contests showed Clinton reclaiming her mojo against Bernie Sanders. It was a big night for Donald Trump, too, but what will the establishment do about it?

Here are four lessons learned from the events of Super Tuesday.

– Trump may be unstoppable –

The billionaire businessman at the center of the Republican race cleaned up Tuesday night, winning seven of the 11 states at stake for his party, including the key swing state of Virginia.

“It’s awfully close to inevitable” for Trump winning the nomination, said professor Dante Scala at the University of New Hampshire.

About 30 percent of the Republican delegates, the men and women who choose the nominee at the conventions, have been awarded so far through a proportional system, with Trump in the clear lead.

After March 15, most state races are winner take all. By the end of the month, 62 percent of delegates will have been awarded.

The longer the race goes, the more difficult it will be to oust Trump. If he obtains 1,237 out of the total 2,472 delegates, he clinches the nomination.

Meanwhile his two main competitors, Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio, are duking it out for the role of Trump spoiler.

– Rubio fails to shine –

Republican leaders may have thrown their weight behind Senator Marco Rubio as the antidote to Trump, but Tuesday’s results confirmed what millions of voters felt in their gut: it was too little, too late.

After spending the past week brutally attacking Trump, scooping up major endorsements, and presenting his case as the mainstream candidate, Rubio finished a disappointing third-place on the night, behind Trump and Cruz.

The last state to report its voting results, Alaska way out west, went to Cruz, for his third win of the day.

Many have laid the debacle at the foot of the Grand Old Party.

“The party itself, faced with the real prospect of Donald Trump being the nominee, failed to act to stop him before he got off the ground,” Scala said.

Rubio, who won in just one state — Minnesota — has vowed to go on. He is now staking his candidacy on winning his home state of Florida on March 15, even though Trump is leading in polls there.

“Winning Florida is a necessity for him,” Kyle Kondik, managing editor of Sabato’s Crystal Ball at the University of Virginia, said of Rubio.

– Blocking the Donald –

The Republican Party has been scrambling to prevent a Trump nomination, but nothing has worked. Now it’s crunch time.

Some Republicans, notably Senator Ben Sasse, have suggested either a third party or independent run against Trump. Others point to party operatives potentially altering the rules of the convention in order to prevent a Trump takeover.

“There’s a danger here. If Republicans go after him, they’re destroying their own nomination,” strategist Frank Luntz told CBS.

“If you try to kill him you may be trying to kill your own flesh and blood.”

With Rubio faltering, former candidate Lindsey Graham, an establishment US senator who detests Trump, points to a last resort.

“We may be in a position where we have to rally around Ted Cruz as the only way to stop Trump,” Graham told CBS.

– Clinton regains pre-eminence –

“By the end of tonight, we are going to win many hundreds of delegates,” Senator Bernie Sanders told his supporters, noting there were still another 35 states to vote after Super Tuesday.

Even though he won four states Tuesday, the message from Sanders, who has based his campaign on ending economic inequality, fell flat among a crucial Democratic bloc: minority voters.

More than 80 percent of African-Americans voted for Hillary in southern states, exit polls showed. And in Texas, two-thirds of Hispanic Democrats voted for her.

Clinton also handily won among women, who represent more than half of the Democratic electorate. Altogether, Clinton has won 11 of the 16 primary races to date and holds a substantia
